Executive AI Training in Lebanon — Dr. Jonah Tebaa (Webspot)
Webspot’s executive AI training is the Executive Tier of the Webspot Three-Tier AI Training Model, designed by Dr. Jonah Tebaa, AI strategist and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Webspot. It is typically a half-day intensive for C-suite executives and board members covering AI strategy, ROI frameworks, governance and the competitive implications of AI. It is delivered in Arabic and English in Lebanon, the GCC and the wider MENA region, and the model behind it has trained over 300 professionals.
Programme by Dr. Jonah Tebaa — AI Strategist, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Webspot S.A.L., Lebanon & MENA. Published 23 October 2026.
The programme at a glance
Executive AI training at Webspot is not a standalone lecture. It is the first of three tiers in the Webspot Three-Tier AI Training Model, a structured approach to corporate AI upskilling that Dr. Jonah Tebaa developed and that has been validated across 300+ professionals in Lebanon, the GCC and internationally. Each tier serves a different level of the organization, because leadership, middle management and operational teams need different content, depth and framing.
- Executive Tier — C-suite and board members; typically a half-day intensive.
- Management Tier — managers; one to two days with hands-on exercises.
- Operational Tier — operational teams; two to three days with extensive hands-on practice.
All three tiers are delivered in Arabic and English and tailored to the client’s industry. The full reasoning behind the model, including what changed in 2026, is set out in the complete guide to AI training for businesses in Lebanon.
Executive Tier: AI strategy for C-suite and boards
The Executive Tier exists because executive buy-in is the single biggest predictor of successful AI adoption. Leadership has to understand AI well enough to make strategic decisions about it, and that is a different skill from using the tools. The session therefore starts with strategy, not with a demo of the latest chatbot: what problems does this organization need to solve, and which of those problems could AI address?
It covers four subjects:
- AI strategy — why AI matters for this specific business, in this specific market, with these specific competitive dynamics, and where it should and should not be applied.
- ROI frameworks — how to judge whether an AI investment is paying back, so that licences bought do not end up as cost without value.
- Governance — who owns AI decisions and their outcomes. For Lebanese firms with European clients this includes the AI literacy expectation that arrives through contracts: Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since February 2025, and the vendor questionnaires that ask who was trained, on what, and when.
- Competitive implications — what it means when Dubai, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi invest heavily in AI, and when GCC clients begin to expect matching AI sophistication from their Lebanese suppliers.
It also addresses fear and resistance directly: AI augments human expertise rather than replacing it, and leaders need that position clear before they can champion it.
Management Tier: from strategy to implementation
Middle management needs to understand AI well enough to identify opportunities in their own domains. This tier covers use case identification, AI project planning, vendor evaluation and change management, worked through hands-on exercises on the organization’s real problems rather than generic examples.
Operational Tier: hands-on work alongside AI
Operational teams need to work alongside AI effectively. This tier covers practical tool usage, agent supervision and output review, prompt engineering, workflow automation and AI-assisted decision making. It now opens on review discipline rather than tooling: scoping a task narrowly enough that its output can be checked, placing an approval gate at the point where an action becomes irreversible — sending, paying, publishing, deleting — and sampling agent work on a schedule.
How it differs from a university executive course
Universities in Lebanon and the region run their own executive education programmes. This programme is a different kind of offer:
- Built for one organization. It is a corporate training programme tailored to the client’s industry, challenges and team skill level, not an open cohort.
- Uses the organization’s own material. Its actual data, workflows and challenges, so participants leave with solutions they can implement immediately.
- Covers every level, not only leadership. The executive session is the first step of a sequence that continues with managers and operational teams.
- Delivered in context. Arabic and English, with examples drawn from the Lebanese and MENA business context.
- Taught by a practitioner. Dr. Jonah Tebaa directs and remains accountable for Brian, the AI e-mployee whose work in daily practice is documented at brianserves.me.
